How to Top Up

To ensure a smooth and secure top-up experience, please follow the steps below. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer-service team at any time — we are always ready to assist you.

1Enterprise User / Monthly Subscriber

Hover over the down-arrow (▾) in the upper-right corner and click it to open the drop-down menu.

Select the drop down maneu

Select "Chat" from the drop-down menu. A customer-service dialogue window will open automatically.

Inside the chat window, pick your preferred contact method (Telegram or Discord). This channel will be saved as your primary contact for future top-ups and account recovery.

Please follow the customer service instructions and provide information such as User Name, etc.

WARNING: After your first successful top-up, the selected contact method will be permanently stored as the channel for future top-ups and password-recovery. Make sure the account belongs to you and is checked regularly.

Our support team will verify your payment and reply as soon as possible. Once verified, the funds will be credited immediately and you will receive a confirmation message containing your previous balance, new balance, and transaction ID.

After the funds have been credited, press F5 to refresh the dashboard. Your updated balance will be displayed in the upper-right corner.

2Retail Customer / Individual Investor

When you need to recharge, please click the plus sign next to your balance.

Please provide the following information in one message:

  • Action: Top-up
  • Username: Your CloudDock login username
  • Amount: e.g. 1 USD / 5 USD / 10 USD / 30 USD / 50 USD / 100 USD
  • Payment method: Zelle transfer only
  • Proof of payment: Upload a clear screenshot of the transfer receipt directly in the chat, or provide the tracking number and transfer date.
Recharge the Amount You Want

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the cloudDock Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. I understand that completed balance recharges are final, non-refundable,and may not be reversed except where required by law.

After confirming the corresponding account and recharge amount again, click "Continue to Payment".

You will be redirected to the payment interface to complete the payment.

Complete the Payment

Wait for the recharge to arrive successfully, then click "Return".

Return

Check your balance. If you need a receipt, you can print it yourself.
